Cool aid loss

Our body has two kinds of fat: white and brown. White makes up 5-50 percent of your weight. Brown, 1 percent of total body fat. While brown fat may be insignificant, it regulates the fat-burning activity.

If your caloric intake is low, it will also slow down the burning of white fat. The key is to stimulate brown fat found in the shoulders, arms, neck area to speed up metabolism.

Healthy salad dressing

3 tbsp virgin olive oil
1 tbsp virgin coco oil
2 tbsp coco vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp dried parsley
2 tsp sea salt
½ tsp mustard
¼ cup orange or guava juice
1 tbsp Kefir Probiotic protein mix

Omega butter

In a blender, mix 2 parts of unsalted real butter, 1 part extra virgin olive oil mixed with virgin coco oil. Add sea salt. Throw in 5 small leaves of malunggay (moringga). Refrigerate.

Any leftover can be used as body scrub.
